you all know i have a little weakness for blazers and trenchcoats. Even though I am not about to buy new blazers (have enough), i left my trench in Nantes and saw a beautiful one in Mango.
That will be my sweet reward.

kicked the illness in the appropriate part and back on track. YAY! i feel so good after the workout. I was like a wild animal in a cage…no workouts for so much time. I felt very weak today.
started to log my eats the traditional, old school “notebook” way. the thing is: FEELING NAUSEOUS when my feeding window approaches. will see how it goes for a week.

first day that feels like a total fiasco. didn’t follow my nutrition plan (had two packets of oat&rice cakes en plus) + stucked at my place working on assignements.

My motivation was low, then I watched Zuzka’s ZWOW and I feel like everything is possible. Plans for this weekend: NO REST DAYS. (I am so prepared to kick my own butt).

Even if i felt sleep deprived and a little bit of hangover after yesterday’s wine consumption and tired from train I went to the gym for a little lifting because I planned it that way.
I have to keep promises to myself.
Deadlift/Bench press day, very light day with accessory work on shoulders. Protein after.
